For your safety, we remind you that kids must be accompanied by an adult, especially in the swimming pool and gym area
We remind you that you must leave the house at 11.00 am. Please, leave the keys in the closet at the hall.
If you decide to take your pet with you, please, be responsible and do not let it rise on the furniture of the house.
The rental includes the cleaning but doesn’t include the following points:
You must leave the blankets folded on the beds.
You must leave the towels in the bathrooms.
You must throw away the trash in the refuse containers situated at the right side of the house.
Do not forget to wash the dishes or load the dishwasher.
Please, let the furniture at its original place.
If you have broken any object, please inform us.
Please, use coal for the barbecue.
Clean the grate of the barbecue and remove the ashes.
Please, all the doors and windows giving to the barbecue area if you decide to use it.

An amount of 25€ will be automatically discounted from your deposit for each point that you don’t respect. Make good use of the facilities, equipment and utensils of the house. If there are breakages or damages, the expenses will be charged to the amount delivered as a deposit.
The client and his companions must behave in a civic way and respecting the general rules of coexistence. Any activity that disturbs the normal coexistence of the community in which the accommodation is located, such as loud music, noise or parties, and that provokes complaints from neighbors, will be grounds for immediate eviction from the accommodation.
